Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment from UK resident customers only via ProtX, a leading secure payment service provider. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta, Solo and Switch. You may also provide your credit card information via phone (please DO NOT post credit card information or send via email). Please note that we have a minimum order value of £500 for complete kitchens. When you make a purchase from our site you will receive a payment confirmation email (receipt) for your order. You will also receive a receipt from us when the goods are delivered. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling At achieve-stylish-living.co.uk you are assured of great savings on any kitchen item, however to avoid minimum transaction amounts we do have to make a small charge for handling & delivery. All small items are delivered to UK addresses by courier and larger items e.g. kitchen units are delivered directly by us. For complete kitchens and units we will even contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time. All part of the service.

Delivery Schedule We usually despatch our orders within 7-10 working days. However, orders for kitchen units and complete kitchens which are manufactured to order may take up to 21 days. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

| Credit Card Security Credit card payments will be processed by ProtX, a leading payment service provider (PSP), using their own secure server. You will be routed to the ProtX secure server when you are ready to supply your payment information. No credit card information will be received or stored on our site so you can shop safely and securely. Please note that our checkout and customer login also use a secure server. |
Guarantee Our products are guaranteed for 12 months (with the exception of consumable items). Kitchen units are guaranteed against defects and manufacturing faults for 10 years. Most products come with instruction manuals that give information on warranties. Some products will require you to complete and send off a warranty registration document. If you have any specific questions about guarantees please contact us before you make a purchase. We also guarantee that all items will conform to their description on our web site. If you are disatisfied with your purchase please see our returns policy. These guarantees and warranties do not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy Achieve Stylish Living Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy If you wish to return an item that you have ordered then you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of delivery. You can contact us by email, telephone or fax (see Reaching Us). We will then issue you with a return's number, which will need to be clearly marked on the package. All items must be returned in 'as received' condition in their original packing.
Faulty / Damaged Items
If the items are being returned because they are faulty or damaged then we will supply a replacement and collect the faulty / damaged item. Please inspect all items carefully before commencing fitting. Items which have been fitted or machined cannot be returned as faulty / damaged.
In-correctly ordered goods
If you wish to return in-correctly ordered goods there is a re-stocking surchage of 25% of the goods value or £20.00 whichever is the greater amount. The goods must be in pristine condition, in their original packaging and returned with an insured delivery service. Any refund due (less any surcharge payable will be actioned within 5 days of receipt of the goods. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
Kitchen units are made to order and as such cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case a replacement item will be issued. Please ensure that you order the correct items. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
