All of our base and wall units are factory built rigid construction glue and doweled. This ensures the units have high strength and are perfectly square giving even door shut lines.

Units are manufactured from colour co-ordinated high quality 18mm MFC with solid 8mm back panels. Base units feature 2 strong rails on the top and double bases also have a wrapped solid MDF centre-post for strength.

Customised and tailored solutions

We can also supply custom built units to suit your specific requirements. Reduced or increased depth units can be manufactured to suit any of our door ranges.

Custom widths and heights are available for both the Burbidge and Solari door ranges. These door ranges have custom door options.

Tall and midi housings for ovens, microwaves, coffee machines and warming drawers can be tailored to suit your appliance choice.

Blumotion soft close hinges & ABS edging

Blumotion soft stop piston door buffers are supplied as standard with all of our kitchen units. We use the very latest Blum hinge mounted versions with diecast inline hinge mounting plates for high strength plus precision cam adjustment

We also use Blum cover plates to neatly hide all fixings and adjustment screws.

Our units feature tough ABS edging which can take everyday knocks in its stride. ABS is also more environmentally friendly than the more common PVC.

Blumotion INTIVO full extension soft close drawers

Blumotion Intivo full extension soft close drawers are standard on all of our kitchen ranges. These drawers offer an industry leading combination of strength, access, storage and dynamics. Pan drawer illustrated in Silk White with Orgaline accessories . Intivo is also available in chic Terra Black with oak design elements (see bottom of page)

Blumotion full extension runners glide smoothly and effortlessly and we use a solid 18mm MFC base for strength (most competitors are 15mm or 16mm) ensuring a long life.

120 degree Blum clip on hinges

Our Blum precision hinges open to 120 degrees for improved access. For simple and accurate door alignment the hinge adjustment utilises cams. No more holding doors in position whilst tightening screws.

Doors can easily be removed from the hinge plates with the quick release clips. The door alignment won't go out of adjustment either when the door is refitted

Deep side pan drawers

Our pan drawers feature a stylish full height frosted glass box side instead of the cheaper gallery rail to prevent the contents from falling over. The glass box side system is also compatible with a huge choice of Blum Orga-Line storage accessories (pan dividers illustrated)

Our Intivo pan drawers are also 500mm deep (most competitors are only 450mm deep) giving maximum storage space in your cabinets. The increase storage combined with solid 18mm bases and front mounted supports for all drawers over 600mm wide is the ultimate drawer specification for your new kitchen.

Standard not extra

Many of our standard features are often extras on other kitchens. For example all of our built under single oven housings feature a special slim blumotion Intivo drawer, ideal for storing baking trays

Corner bases

Our corner bases feature a full blank panel, top cross rails, Blum hinges and soft close piston door buffers. Drawerline, magic corner and Le Mans versions are also available

Wirework

All wirework is pre-fitted at the factory. We only use Kessebohmer wirework which is manufactured to very high standards and compliments our cabinet specification in terms of stylish performance, finish and durability. Le Mans corner illustrated with Solari HF Handlefree doors.

Intivo Silk White & Terra Black with Glass Box Side

Although our standard cabinet specification easily exceeds our competitors we also offer additional luxury upgrades as kitchen specifications become increasingly individual. Intivo Pan drawerboxes can be specified in Silk White (standard) or Terra Black (no cost option) with standard frosted glass box sides for the ultimate in contemporary designer styling.

We have introduced these stylish designer oak box side elements as a no cost option on all of our Blumotion Intivo pan drawers.
